  • faded or damaged line
  • pre-existing line that’s missing or has been removed
  • line that you suspect has been painted illegally.

You can also request:

  • the alteration or extension of an existing line
  • a new line where one doesn’t exist.

What you need to provide

To complete your report, include:

  • the issue you’re reporting
  • location details including the street name and suburb
  • other details about the issue, such as the issues caused by a faded line or the reason you’re requesting a new marking
  • photos of the issue (optional)
  • your contact details (optional).
